Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of high-quality Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration.
- Advising clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA) matters.
- Ensuring the timely and efficient handling of all files with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified solicitor with a strong background in Private Client law.
- Demonstrable experience in Wills & Probate, Estate Administration, and LPA work.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently, with minimal supervision.
