Are you someone who loves variety in your workday and enjoys talking to customers? We're looking for a friendly, organised individual to join a busy sales administration team. If you have a background in inbound sales, customer service and administration, and you're comfortable picking up the phone, we'd love to hear from you!
Salary: £ DOE
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Holidays: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Answering customer calls and emails with a helpful, can-do attitude
- Placing and printing orders
- Processing card payments
- Managing our eBay page
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Handling customer returns with care and efficiency
- Arranging export shipments
- Contacting customers about deliveries and exploring opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Cutting and sending product samples to customers
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, Inbound Sales and Customer Service
- Access to your own transport is essential - due to location
- Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing
- IT savvy
