HR Project Manager (Part-Time)
We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead an Organisational Review within our Heritage, Culture, Museums, and Galleries service. This is a part-time, temporary role until December 2024, offering flexibility of 2.5 to 3 days per week. Working arrangements can be negotiated, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule based in Edinburgh City Centre.

£19.33 - £26.91

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update job descriptions
- Ensure the project runs on schedule
- Identify and engage key stakeholders
- Facilitate presentations, communications, and workshops
- Review role grading's
- Produce business cases and carry out consultation processes
- Provide ongoing HR support and guidance
- Lead implementation of the new organisational structure
- Additional tasks as required
