Our client, a leading small unit accessories / wholesale company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Manager to join their team in Hyde.

As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of salespeople, driving sales growth, and maximising the purchasing value of products. Your strong sales skills and strategic thinking will contribute to achieving the company's sales targets and expanding their customer base.

What you'll be doing:

Leading and motivating a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
Building strong relationships with key clients and managing key accounts.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operational processes and effective product pricing.
