If Sports is your thing, then we have a superb opportunity for you as a Sports Teaching Assistant at a fantastic SEN School in Hanworth! This is a full time Monday-Friday 8:30 to 4pm role.
Previous experience within a school setting as a Teaching Assistant preferred, however you must have had previous experience with children (in the UK) in some capacity.
The Role:
To provide sports support, assist in PE lessons and activities for whole groups and classes alongside the classroom teacher
As a Sports Teaching Assistant you will accompany and supervise groups of pupil during classroom activities
As a Sports Teaching Assistant you will be required to work under the direction of the PE Teacher
You will work alongside other adults, including Teachers, Lunch time Supervisors and other support staff in the supervision of the students.
Requirements:
Available to work 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday
Recent experience working with children in a school or alternate environment is preferential but you must have previous experience with children in some capacity in the UK.
Enjoy working with children and seeing them progress with their learning
Already have or willing to apply and pay for a Child Only DBS
Either live in Hanworth or within a commutable distance
