Description
As the Production Planner you will be responsible for:
- Developing, managing and coordinating the production plan for your sites that operate on a 24/7 basis.
- Collaborating with the procurement and supply chain teams to streamline operations and ensure availability of raw materials/stock.
- Developing and maintaining production schedules to meet customer demands.
- Monitoring and reporting on production performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure alignment of production plans.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the company.
Profile
The successful Production Planner should have:
- Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
- Excellent skills in production planning and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in using planning software and tools.
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
