An expanding purchasing company is seeking experienced Area Sales Managers to drive growth and continue building a robust client base across various sectors including Hospitality, Education, Leisure, and Social Care. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a proven leadership track record, looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prospect and arrange meetings with new customers to expand client base.
- Play an active role in developing sales strategies and territory plans.
- Analyse and report on market trends and information to guide sales efforts.
- Achieve consistent revenue and profit goals.
- Manage sales cycles and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with suppliers at all levels.
- Identify and seize opportunities to increase sales with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional client care before, during, and after partnership establishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- HORECA background preferred
- Excellent self-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
