Method Resourcing are working with a world leaderin the travel services and benefits sector who have gone from strength to strengthdespite the pandemic where they pivoted impressively going back to their roots in security assistance and medical cover.
The role: You will be leading and mentoring a team an Agile team of engineers whilst being hands on in your approach to lead the design and development of complex software products from conception to deployment. You will lead the team in the build of the front-end applications but also the design of effective API's so experience with both the front and back end will benefit you in this role.
The experience we are looking for:
- Experience of mentoring, coaching and leading engineering teams
- Strong technical experience leading the design and development of complex software systems
- Experience with event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of multiple front-end and back-end languages such as Node, React, Next, JavaScript and their libraries
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and GraphQL
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB
Alongside a salary of up to £110,000, my client can offer the following benefits:

This role requires hybrid working where the company policy is to attend the office a minimum of 8 days per month. For example, you can choose when to attend the office but just as long as you do the 8 days per month. You may want to go into the office 4 days one week and then wfh the week after!
