Seeking a Corporate Finance Analyst (Qualified Accountant) - to join this fast growing and market leading PE backed technology business. Seeking someone who can support the Board of Directors with M&A's, performance reports, investment reports and strategic decisions. This is a remarkable role, varied, challenging, with excellent exposure to a well known and growing business.
- Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum + bonus + benefits
- Contract: Permanent and happy to wait up to 3 months notice
- Location: Leicester Square x3 days a week x2 working from home.
Job Description:
- Responsible for looking at the commercials for acquisition opportunities
- Working closely with the board and investors on commercial development and M&A
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various client engagements, including project finance, mergers and acquisitions, valuation analysis, and strategic planning
- Providing financial analysis for the business, business partnering with non-financial board members
- Responsible for producing quality documentation of outputs from the financial model, including charts and commentary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong financial modeling skills, MUST be able to build from scratch
- Advanced Excel skills and an interest in PowerBi or Tableau (or equivalent tool)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Some experience with M&A / PE houses / Consultancy
