Hours: 8am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday

Heathrow area

Do you have experience of Technical Sales? Do you have previous Sales experience? Do you have excellent Customer Service? Do you enjoy working in a Team Environment, earning team bonuses? If you have experience of working within either Construction or Utility then this would be advantage.
Then this is the job for you.

My client is looking to expand their current team, and looking to recruit Internal Sales Account Managers. Working within the team providing technical advice for a range of products, this is by phone and face to face.
The successful candidate must be able to build close relationships with customers in an extremely fast paced environment.

Principal Tasks
Ø Manage and interpret both new and existing customer requirements.
Ø Produce competitive and accurate quotations in a timely manner.
Ø Follow up quotations to secure orders.
Ø Solve customers' technical or delivery problems.
Ø Show an understanding of specifications and drawings.
Ø Follow orders through the system, checking stock, liaising with stores and purchasing, raising delivery paperwork and delivery date scheduling.
Ø Deal with customer collections and cash sales.
Ø Identifying and contacting prospective customers.
Ø Managing and prioritising day to day activities including quotes and order deadlines.
Ø Some picking/packing work if required.

Requirements
Ø Some sales office experience (minimum 3 years) in a commercial and technical environment.
Ø Familiar with producing quotes and working on your own initiative. Be able to negotiate prices with customers.
Ø Customer and service focused.
Ø Problem solving approach.
Ø Conscientious, good team player, reliable, efficient and diplomatic.
Ø Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Ø Passionate about customer satisfaction and getting it right first time.
Ø Be able to understand our large product range.
Ø Ability to generate sales leads.
Ø Passion for growing and developing both new and existing accounts.
Ø Experience of working with a computerised stock and quotation software.
