I am working with a college who are seeking a passionate and experienced Business & Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join our team on an hourly paid basis. If you are enthusiastic about educating the next generation of business and travel professionals, and available up to 4 days a week, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role:
You will be responsible for teaching Business and Travel & Tourism courses to students across a range of levels. We are looking for a lecturer who can inspire students, deliver high-quality lessons, and help them develop the skills needed to succeed in these dynamic industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Business and Travel & Tourism to students.
- Create lesson plans, course materials, and assessments that reflect the curriculum.
- Support students in achieving their academic goals through regular feedback and guidance.
- Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring they reach their full potential.
- Foster an inclusive, motivating classroom environment for all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Experience in teaching Business and/or Travel & Tourism at further education levels.
- A recognised teaching qualification (or working towards one) is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for Business and Travel & Tourism, with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.
