Salary up to £45,000

We are recruiting for a talented and experienced digital marketing professional to take responsibility for the overall digital marketing strategy and lead the development and management of all digital channels, social media accounts, and websites.

You'll be joining a highly engaging and social team that has growth plans over the next three years. This position is integral to the business's success.

The Marketing Manager will manage all marketing to support student recruitment, to ensure enrolment targets are met. This includes strategically and creatively responsible for the website and social media platforms, press/PR, and internal and external communications. You'll be leading a team of 2 members of staff.

Main Accountabilities

  • Plan, deliver and evaluate a marketing strategy to support brand objectives and student recruitment
  • Raise the profile through a strong digital presence, events, and PR
  • Responsible for the management and development of the website to deliver an outstanding user experience
  • Grow and manage all marketing channels, and tracking technologies, and able to innovate in the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns prospectus
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate a press and PR strategy
  • Develop and implement an internal engagement and communications strategy

Your background and skills:

  • 4 years + in a Marketing management role
  • Degree level (or equivalent)
  • Experienced in digital marketing, market research, and SEO
  • Experienced in CMs, websites, and content creation
  • Team management/leadership of people
