We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client's successful finance department as an Entry Level Finance Assistant. This role is ideal for recent school leavers or individuals who have recently begun their AAT studies. You will be involved in various aspects of financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and assisting with month-end procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process invoices, match purchase orders, and manage supplier payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Issue invoices, manage customer payments, and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Bank Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Month-End Assistance: Support the finance team in preparing month-end reports and closing procedures.
