Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Manchester City Centre. What you'll do:
As a Client Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in providing support to our ever-growing membership base across Great Britain. You will excel in enthusiasm as part of our Client Experience Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, evaluating and allocating requests, maintaining member confidentiality, establishing efficient working relationships, managing team's absence records, dealing with emails promptly, managing incoming post, ordering flowers and hampers for incentives, and managing various inboxes. Your ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to our commitment to delivering world-class service.
- Answer incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Evaluate and allocate requests made over the phone
- Establish and maintain efficient working relationships with colleagues and members
- Monitor team's absence, sickness, holidays and overtime
- Ensure all emails are dealt with in a timely manner and forwarded onto the appropriate department/person
- Manage incoming post for the department
- Order flowers and hampers for team incentives
- Manage the H&S inbox and forward to relevant team members
- Send our letters via the post
- Monitor the incoming post and sort to the relevant teams
What you bring:
As a Client Coordinator, you bring along a 'can-do' attitude, a thirst for knowledge and excellent communication skills. Your strong time management skills enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment coupled with your dynamic and flexible approach to tasks makes you an ideal fit for this role. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role would be advantageous but not essential as we value your passion for delivering exceptional service above all.
