Sales Order Processor - Coventry based family owned company - £23,500 - £24,500 depending on experience.

Monday - Thursday 08.30am - 16.30pm and Fridays 08.30 - 15.00pm office based.

The company can take a suitable candidate on either temp - perm or straight perm dependant on your status of work.

Job responsibilities:

Able to accurately record details of conversations, keeping systems up to date.

Keeping customers informed of newest products, pricing and promotions, upselling products and customers requirements.

Managing feedback to improve customer and staff experiences.

Working to monthly targets set by manager.

Being organised and working as part of a team.

Processing of Sales Orders.

Communicating with customers via phone, e-mail and web chat enhancing their service experience.

Skills and experience required:

Excellent communications skills.

Ideally previous CRM experience.

Ideally SAGE experience but not essential.

This company are rapidly expanding so there will be lost of scope to progress long term.
