We are looking for a temporary Receptionist to join our client's team! �?

What you'll be doing: ??
Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department ??
Answering incoming calls and relaying messages accurately and efficiently ??
Providing general administrative support, including handling mail and scheduling appointments ????
Assisting with organising meetings and events ??
Maintaining the reception area and conference rooms to ensure a professional and welcoming environment �?
What we're looking for: ??
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role �?
Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner ??
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities ??
Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic computer skills ??
A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service ??
Salary: £11.44 per hour ??
