I am currently recruiting for a fantastic client based in Harrow who are looking for a back-office sales support supervisor, this is supervising a small team of sales support administrators who on a daily basis support a busy, fast paced and successful business.
Do you have experience with supervising a team? Have you supported with onboarding and training? The role needs an experience pair of hands to jump into this seat, order processing, sales support, providing clients with quotes and resolving issues are a must!

Duties for Sales Support Supervisor include:
- Managing a team of 3
- Processing customer orders
- Managing complex issues and enquiries
- Providing quotes to customers
- Speaking with suppliers
- Forward planning and forecasting
