My client are seeking for a senior Property Negotiator for their Bexley Branch. They are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join their growing team. The right candidate should be able to work within a team but also be able to use their own initiative when needed.
Skills and Attributes:
- Have very good knowledge of the Residential Letting Market and its processes
- Have good rental valuation experience with a good record of successful take on's
- Be able to confidently and successfully match customer needs to what we have available
- Must be confident in canvassing and developing new business
- Able to successfully conclude a conversation
- To be able to meet deadlines and work well in a target driven environment
- Able to use computers for accurate records and communication
- Great listening skills to understand the needs of customers
Experience
- Experience as a residential lettings negotiator is a must.
- Experience in carrying out valuations and successful take ons is a must
