Description

Accounts receivable:
-
Processing of multi-currency customer invoices and credit notes
-
Maintain customer accounts, perform credit checks and review credit terms on a regular basis to minimise the risk of bad debts
-
Reconciliation of customer accounts and issue of statements
-
Credit control management through regular communication with customers to ensure that all receivables are collected on a timely basis
-
Resolving customer queries as appropriate. Support accounts payable as required to include:
-
Processing multi-currency purchases invoices and credit notes
-
Monitoring of accounts payable mail inbox
-
Process supplier payments
-
Assist with:
-
Multi-currency bank reconciliations
-
Month-end accounting tasks
-
Filing & archiving requirements
-
Other ad hoc finance and administration tasks as required
Profile
- Finance/accounts knowledge, skills and experience.
- You will be a self-motivated team player
- Confident with good verbal and written communication skills
- Numerate and able to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
- Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
- Customer focused and able to build positive working relationships
- Confident and able to use your initiative to effectively resolve issues and ask for help where needed
- May be working towards an accountancy degree
