Role Overview: They are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for teaching, a strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum, and the ability to inspire and motivate young learners. You will play a key role in supporting our students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and student participation.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting achievable targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and well-being.
  • Participate in school-wide activities, contributing to the broader life of the school community.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and development.

Person Specification:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably within Year 4.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively and foster a positive learning environment.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a reflective approach to teaching practice.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for education.
