- Training Contract or work experience as a Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a full range of personal injury cases for clients.
- Support senior team members in managing catastrophic claims.
- Innovate offerings and uphold the organisation's values.
- Attend meetings and court proceedings, provide meticulous notetaking and support.
- Maintain high-quality service and compliance standards.
- Foster strong client relationships, handling client information with tact and sensitivity.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven expertise and successful track record in Personal Injury law.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in handling sensitive client information empathetically and professionally.
