Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting valuations, inspections and coordinating maintenance work
- Managing rental income and ensuring timely payments
- Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Lettings & Property Management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations
- Knowledge of property law and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software
