An up and coming, medium sized housing developer are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their small but growing close knit team.

A sister arm to a larger construction contractor, this housebuilder sits in a well-backed position with a healthy pipeline of sites and funding for future land opportunities.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a house builder that have 8 sites currently in Crowborough, Banstead, Burges Hill, Sittingbourne, Ninfield, Horsham, Newick, and Horley. This developer is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is an all-rounder, capable of handling estimating, buying, and surveying on jobs, and overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects. The average sale price at around £800k - £900k. Further schemes are in the pipeline for 24/25, with all areas covering Surrey and Sussex.

The successful Quantity Surveyors experience should come from a house building background, one who has had the autonomy in running schemes of a similar nature.
