HR Performance & Compensation Business Partner

This is a very exciting opportunity for a developing HR professional to join one of the regions most successful brands. The role will be central to further developing and re shaping the company wide performance management framework, with the tie in to reward and more specifically compensation.

A key aspect of the role will be your Business Partnering skills and qualities, the ability to translate the complex to understandable and engaging processes and practices for the business.

Our Client is looking for an experienced HR Performance Manager to develop efficient practices and strategies that maximise employee performance and in turn support their development. You will contribute to the creation of organisational objectives and regularly review and assess ongoing performance management processes to evaluate whether they support employee performance and contribute to overarching business goals.

The role can be undertaken on a hybrid basis with only 1 or 2 days in the office

You will establish continuous feedback loop communications with both employees and senior management and will use these insights to refine the overall organisational performance strategy and incorporate new practices in alignment with set performance goals.

The role reports to the Director of Reward and Performance through which your role will sit as part of the wider Reward and Compensation team, where you will have involvement in a number of linked compensation projects.

These projects will include Gender pay gap reporting, Job evaluation and pay structure reviews, roll sizing and job architecture.

Broader responsibilities will include:

  • Identify overarching company performance and development goals
  • Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company's objectives
  • Gather and assess insights and data to assess employee performance
  • Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance

Individually you will be a strong Business Partner who enjoys working closely with your wider HR community and successfully collaborates with the senior wider company leadership teams.

Naturally you will have the ability to explain complex processes, analyse and present data to validate and gain buy into the changes processes you will be managing.
