Vehicle Evaluation Engineer
Cranfield
12 month contract
Hybrid - 3 days on site, business needs can require periods of 5 days a week on site
£27-£29 per hour PAYE depending on experience
Scope of Work
- Dynamic and static vehicle evaluation
- Automotive competitor benchmarking.
- Raising and closure tracking of concerns.
- Project Management.
- (optional) Vehicle technical target setting to support vehicle concept.
Deliverables / KPIs / SLAs
- Output professional engineering reports.
- Output professional engineering test and study results.
- Deliver projects to deadlines.
Assumptions
- Core hours MondayThursday 08:00-17:00. Friday 08:00-13:20.
- Hybrid working (3 days on site per week minimum).
- Ability to communicate clearly in English language in business environment.
- Flexibility to travel (preferred).
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Knowledge and experience of Automotive industry.
Qualifications, skills, training requirements
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to prioritise and work autonomously.
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to make clear and concise written reports and verbal explanation and recommendations.
- Understanding of vehicle development and performance.
