Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: West Midlands
Status: Permanent, Full-time, Field-Based
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
My client, a leading specialist in temporary works, is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealing with Sales in a construction environment and possess a hunter mentality.
Core Responsibilities:
- Managing key client accounts and growing the revenue with these existing clients
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve commercial objectives, maximising revenue from both existing and new products.
- Conduct daily client meetings to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Cultivate relationships with both new and existing customers to meet budgeted sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring quick and mutually beneficial resolutions.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in a field-based role, with a background in construction dealing with any products
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships.
- A tenacious, results-driven approach with a hunter mindset.
