This generalist HR Consultant role will provide Employee Relations expertise and drive and support a number of HR projects. You will be needed for 2 days a week for 6-9 months.

A specialist manufacturing company in the Leeds area.

Description

This interim HR Consultant role will support the business of c200 employees and lead on a variety of HR projects.

  • Provide comprehensive Employee Relations advice and guidance on a range of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Support the leadership team with any complex HR issues
  • Manage the annual bonus process
  • Lead on roll out of National Minimum Wage
  • Update and develop Employee Handbook
  • Lead on project to implement new HR system

Profile

To be successful in this interim HR Consultant role you will need to be/have:

  • Extensive experience as an interim HR professional, providing generalist HR services to clients
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and expertise
  • Experience of working with senior leadership teams
  • Good project management experience
  • Availability to start this role in September, 2 days a week
