Reed HR is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm with a strong network of offices across Southern England. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking People & Culture team as a Senior HR Business Partner.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, driving people strategies that align with business goals. You'll lead a talented HR team and work closely with Centres of Excellence in Reward, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition to deliver a high-quality, consistent HR service across a multi-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Build strong relationships with business leaders, translating their needs into effective people strategies.
  • Operational HR: Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance, ER cases, and exits.
  • Data & Insights: Use the HiBob HR system to analyse trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Partner with COEs to deliver initiatives in reward, recruitment, learning, and development.
  • Culture & Engagement: Champion DE&I and employee engagement across the business.
  • Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with UK employment law and mitigate people-related risks.
  • Multi-Site Support: Provide consistent HR support across the Southern England office network.

What We're Looking For:

  • 10+ years' experience in HR, ideally within professional services or a multi-site environment.
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency with HRIS (HiBob HR experience is a plus).
  • CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience.
  • A proactive, pragmatic, and collaborative approach.
