Ambition is thrilled to be working with an established accountancy firm who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team which focuses on all things in front and behind the camera in film and television as well as different sectors i.e. property etc, providing Xero-based accounts and outsourcing services to clients.

Your Role
- Preparation of statutory accounts and review of disclosures under a range of accounting frameworks, including FRS102 and IFRS.
- Preparation of management reporting for our outsourcing clients.
- Bookkeeping duties using a variety of accounting software
- Client VAT Return preparation, review and submission.
- Assisting junior members of staff and mentoring where appropriate.
- Basic preparation of Corporation Tax computations.
- Support managers in meeting clients' technology requirements, including complex digital transformation projects
- Overseeing the efficient use of technology within the ABS team
What you need:
- Strong experience of working within practice with exposure to the essential elements of client service and delivery
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- You have Xero experience with ability to demonstrate it through the specific needs of a client
- You have a minimum of two years' experience using cloud-based accounting software
