Hays are pleased to be partnering up with a business based in Cannock that is going from strength to strength.

Your new role

The company are in need of a temporary Credit Controller to assist with an increase in workload.

Your Duties will consist of:

Chasing debt via email/phone
Query resolution
Dealing with ledgers across 4 business entities
General administration
Liaising with internal stakeholders
Issue invoices
Cross-reference receipts and credits
Building rapport with both internal and external customers

What you'll need to succeed

You will have good knowledge of Credit Control and have experience in this field. You will have good organisation skills alongside the ability to communicate with customers and clients. Good telephone manner will be essential to build rapport. The company are looking for someone who has good attention to detail as you will be dealing with 4 internal business entities.
