One of our favourite clients has an opening for an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to work from their Bristol office on a hybrid basis. Working alongside the Directorship, you will be tasked with developing an established client book of high-net-worth professional UK clients. As a qualified Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, you will have responsibility for providing holistic financial advice on a range of financial planning including predominantly investment planning, company investments, Inheritance tax planning, pensions and protection. This is an advisory role with some para-planning and administration required, including writing of reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Fully capable of managing and developing high value clients and developing appropriate business relationships
- reviewing existing clients' circumstances and address as appropriate to company standards
- constructing appropriate solutions to the principles of best advice; produce reports and recommendations to company standards and implement solutions as agreed with clients
- adhering to corporate regulatory and compliance regime
- ensuring high standards of client care by demonstrating sound competence in all stages of the advisory process
We are looking for an Independent Financial Adviser with the following skills and experience:
- fully qualified / Financial Advisers - ideally working towards Chartered
- experienced and current Financial Adviser that is used to building long term client relationships
- ability to self-manage and communicate confidently at all levels
- technically proficient especially on investments
- good knowledge of tax planning strategies
- holistic knowledge across protection and pension planning
- organised and professional
- Client meetings will take place in person and virtually. Full driving licence and car are required
A remuneration package for the Independent Financial Adviser role includes:

Initial salary on offer for this Independent Financial Adviser role will be £40-£50,000 Basic (£60-£100,000 OTE)
