We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our fast-paced environment. Day to Day of the role:
- Scanning of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
- Handling sales invoicing and invoice queries.
- Engaging in credit control activities.
- Preparing hours worked details for weekly and monthly wage processing.
- Conducting cost comparison and ordering consumables, fuel, etc.
- Opening new customer accounts and administering financial transactions.
- Coordinating training administration including booking, costing, and invoicing.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role; experience in the logistics industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Superb organisational skills, a calm and analytical approach.
- Self-motivated with a focus on targets and a proactive attitude.
- Strong multi-tasking skills to manage conflicting deadlines.
- Proficiency in IT - Xero system.
