Our Global client is seeking a dynamic and experienced New Business Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful New Business Executive will identify and research potential leads via databases, events, networking, and cold calling; implement strategies for quality lead generation and prioritize follow-up.
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and other outreach; support Client Growth Director with information for initial meetings; use social media and networks like LinkedIn to connect with leads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads; provide information to nurture interest; document interactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities; identify new markets and lead opportunities; analyse data to target potential leads.
- Work with marketing to create lead generation campaigns; transition qualified leads to the sales pipeline with the Client Growth Director; give feedback on lead quality and campaign success.
- Document all lead interactions and progress in the CRM for effective lead management.
Key Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have experience within a New Business Executive role previous to applying.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software, lead generation tools, and the MS Office Suite
- A determined and resilient personality to overcome challenges and pursue leads.
