Description
- To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers
- Contributing to proactive telephone/email campaigns in order to achieve weekly collections.
- Referring to contractual loan agreements to ensure prompt repayment terms.
- Data input, accurately inputting data across multiple systems.
- Deal with ad hoc queries from clients / merchants such as resolving queries regarding payments.
Profile
- At least one year's experience with Customer Service/Accounts Receivable/Credit Control ledger maintenance ideally within Financial Services
- Happy to be in the office 3 days a week in London
- Can do attitude
