Culture Programme Manager

We are looking to partner with Culture Experts who would be open to relocating to the middle east for 11 months. This a contract opportunity working onsite for a telecommunications client in the middle east. Flights and accommodation to be provided. Client and exact location to be discussed.

The objective is to facilitate the transformation of the companies culture from a telecommunications-focused mindset to one that embraces technology and innovation, in alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Evaluate the action plan proposed from a cultural perspective.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for integrating cultural change initiatives into the action plan.
  • Develop strategies to foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and technology adoption.
  • Tailor strategies to address cultural barriers and promote alignment with the company's vision and values.
  • Provide guidance on developing leadership capabilities that support the desired cultural transformation.
  • Offer coaching and training programs for leaders to effectively communicate and embody the cultural change.
  • Design communication plans to engage employees in the cultural transformation process and to build corporate strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of the action plan produced by the consultant, ensuring alignment with cultural transformation goals.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to project teams responsible for executing specific initiatives outlined in the action plan.
  • Develop training programs for the companies culture and engagement teams to build their capabilities in driving cultural transformation.
  • Review existing departmental plans related to engagement/cultural transformation and provide insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Establish metrics and indicators to assess progress and success in cultural transformation efforts.

Requirements

  • 15+ years HR experience with a specialism in transforming company culture
  • Expertise in transformation is essential, telecoms experience is a nice to have
  • Knowledge of HR policies in the middle east would be helpful but not essential.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills up to board level.
