Senior Commercial Account Handler
Location: Near Watford
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience | Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client servicing, handling mid-term adjustment and renewals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the best cover solutions are provided and retention levels remain high
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products, ensuring clients have comprehensive coverage
- Conduct market research to find appropriate cover for clients and negotiate with insurers on their behalf
- Maintain high standards of client care, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and professionally
- Manage larger accounts, ensuring a tailored service to meet their unique requirements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance
- Proven experience in handling larger client portfolios
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service
- Acturis knowledge is desirable
- Cert CII qualified
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
