We're currently looking for an experienced Protection Adviser to provide protection advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall's customers. Tasks & Duties:
- Achieve personal sales results
- Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
- Maintain daily structure
- Build relationship with referring mortgage advisers
Measurements:
- Protection case volumes
- KPIs - file audit grades, test results, case vetting
- RBM grade
- Client feedback
- Level of referrals from mortgage advisers
- Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus
Location:
This role will involve a combination of remote working from home and working from our Central London office in Holborn.
