We are seeking a diligent and organised Part Time Administrator to join our Secretarial & Business Support team in the property industry. This role requires excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Description

Working in our busy HR team, the Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive admin support and assist colleagues with a range of general queries. Key responsibilities include:

Processing new starters and ensuring accurate records are maintained on the HR database

Assisting with recruitment administration, liaising with candidates and maintaining records of recruitment activity

Monitoring the HR and Recruitment inboxes

This is a fully 'in-office' part-time role and we can offer a contract ranging from 16 to 22.5 hours per week, over 3 to 5 days, depending on what fits best around your other commitments.

Profile

A successful Part Time Administrator should have:
