Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in our thriving Property Services sales team, building strong relationships with existing clients and providing expert guidance across all aspects of the property market. You will manage a specific region within London and the Home Counties, working closely with a Foxtons branch to grow new business and expand our market share.

This business development position offers you a comprehensive understanding of the property industry, including exposure to sales, lettings, and mortgage services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expanding our market share by establishing relationships with prospective vendors and landlords
  • Educating clients on the benefits of choosing Foxtons and guiding them through the agent selection process
  • Offering expert advice on sales, lettings, New Homes & Investments, and finance
  • Leveraging our database to build a pipeline of future business
  • Fostering strong relationships with front office teams
