About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Setting Out Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Ipswich on a long-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large scale construction project, ensuring that all work is set out accurately and meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately setting out and surveying construction sites.
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Liaising with site managers, contractors, and other professionals.
- Monitoring and reporting on progress.
- Resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (Equipment can be provided)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
