Here at Hays we are currently recruiting nursery practitioners from unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 to work in Nuneaton, Bedworth and surrounding areas on both a temporary and permanent basis with flexible working hours to fit around you.
Your new role
Your new job as a nursery practitioner who will be responsible for providing care for children and working closely with the rest of the team to create a safe and caring environment supporting all children and staff in their daily routine.
You will encourage and nurture children in their learning and development through a range of activities. As a nursery practitioner, you will provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care, provide an inclusive learning environment accessible for all children. This new job would be perfect for someone looking for flexible hours in a range of new settings in your local area.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this new job you must have experience working with young children in an early year setting, recent experience working with children childcare or school setting is preferred, which we are able to reference within the last 3 years. You must be organised and be able to work on your own initiative and have a calm and understanding approach to working with children. Be flexible, work within a team and use your own initiative at times. Hays welcomes all candidates, whether you are qualified or unqualified!
