A well-known retailer based in the heart of Chester are recruiting for a "Cleaning Supervisor" to join the team on a permanent basis.
This position will be working on a Part time basis doing the following hours:
Monday To Wednesday 07:00am to 10:00am Thursday Saturday 07:00am to 09:30am, with Sunday being a day off and another day in the week.
The typical duties will be (but not limited to):
- Managing a team of 4 cleaners
- Overseeing the work that is being completed
- Motivating the team
- Answering questions/queries
- Training of new staff
- Being involved and cleaning designated areas - Wiping of surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning toilets and more
- Plus much more
This position requires someone who has a strong personality to help keep morale high, challenge staff and be very much involved in the day-to-day tasks.
It is paying £13.00 per hour.
