**Key Responsibilities:
- Raising and issuing accurate sales invoices in a timely manner
- Allocating customer payments to the correct accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email (light credit control duties)
- Maintaining customer account records and updating details as required
- Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
- Responding to customer queries regarding invoices and payments
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as needed
**Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
