This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in sales ledger or accounts receivable, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys maintaining accurate financial records. **Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and issuing accurate sales invoices in a timely manner
  • Allocating customer payments to the correct accounts
  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email (light credit control duties)
  • Maintaining customer account records and updating details as required
  • Reconciling customer accounts and investigating discrepancies
  • Responding to customer queries regarding invoices and payments
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc duties as needed

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
