Description
This Accounts Payable (Part-time) role involves;
- Working as part of a small Finance team of 3 people
- Manage day-to-day transactions in the accounts payable department (circa 200-350 inoices per month)
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable on a monthly basis
- Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers regarding payments
- Review and reconcile supplier invoices
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data
- Implement and maintain financial policies and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable (Part-time) should have:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- will be looking for 25 hours per week
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience of Navision would be advantageous, but not essential
- live locally as this is an office based role
Job Offer
This Accounts Payable (Part-time) role offers;
- A full time equivalent salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata to £17,333 - £20,000 for 25 hours per week)
