As a Finance Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of our finance department by:
- Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for accurate financial reporting.
- Supporting the accounting team with closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Managing internal and external audits for consistency.
- Overseeing VAT reporting and financial statement support.
- Implementing strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
- Leading and mentoring your team, fostering their professional growth through regular 1:1s.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and FP&A, to support financial initiatives.
What you bring:
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
- Experience in Management Accounting and continuous improvement implementation.
- Strong management experience in a dynamic environment.
- External audit experience.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated strategic agility.
