HR Operations Manager

Morgan Philips is working with a pharmaceutical company to find a HR Operations Manager to join them for 12 months on a fixed term contract basis. The role will begin in mid August so only candidates who are on a maximum of 1 weeks' notice will be considered for this role.

The role of HR Operations Manager is a stand-alone role which will lead the global payroll implementation project as well play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HR operations globally and contributing to the overall success of the global organization. Key responsibilities will include;

  • HR Data Management
  • HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management
  • Payroll Administration in conjunction with an external provider
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Adhoc Projects

The successful candidate will be CIPD 7 qualified with a strong background in a stand-alone role in HR management especially in payroll processing and implementation.
