IT Support, 3rd line support, will be working on anything from 1st to 3rd line at any given time, must drive & own a vehicle, Servers, Networking, Microsoft/ Windows, Printers, Laptops, Macs.
An IT company are looking for a 3rd line support engineer to work for their clients who are Educational based - Multi Academy Trusts mainly.
You will have several years working as a 3rd Line IT Support Engineer (Networking, Servers, Microsoft, LAN/ VLAN) within the Education sector and have proficiency with working with Macs, Laptops, Printers, Networking and a Windows environment.
The role will be on site daily around Merseyside and Ellesmere Port.
