As the Team Leader you will be:
- Leading the team in coordinating engineers to sites
- Providing training and development to the Team
- Ensuring all the operations are carried out efficiently
- Analysing KPI's and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing the resourcing of Engineers and staff
As the Team Leader you will have:
- Supervisor and Engineer allocation experience
- Ability to prioritise your work load and great communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Dispatch software experience
- Safety and transport regulation experience
