Audit & Accounts Manager - Leading Independent Firm | Croydon
My client are a leading independent practice with a great reputation. They are seeking to bolster their team due to growth, by recruiting an Audit & Accounts Manager for their Croydon office.

The Role:
- Planning and delivery of audit/accounts assignments
- Plan assignments in conjunction with the client partner
- Supervise junior staff during the audit and review their work
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
- Coach other staff for improved performance and technical development
- Develop specialist sector knowledge and keep abreast of industry developments
Qualifications/Experience:
You will ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified and have experience of planning and completing audits as well as using an analytical review process and having experience of accounts preparation, delegating and reviewing work of trainees, and leading teams.
