About the role:

Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the central HR team, providing exceptional administrative support and collaborate with the team to administer and coordinate various HR functions including, training & development, recruitment, appraisals, inductions, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives. This role offers a chance to use your experience in providing administrative support in an HR function while fostering your growth through continuous learning and the opportunity to propose ideas that streamline HR operations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage HR data for new joiners, and onboard new staff.
  • Performance Management: Assist with staff appraisals and reviews, track progress, and generate reports.
  • HR Systems & Administration: Manage user access in the flex system, monitor leave requests and absences, and update employee records.
  • Staff Support: Coordinate return-to-work processes, administer staff wellness programs, and support benefit schemes.
  • Events & Initiatives: Assist with planning and arrangements for office events and HR initiatives

About you:

  • 1+ years of HR Administration experience in a professional setting
  • Meticulously organised and ability to manage time efficiently
  • Microsoft office skills (Word and Excel)
  • Ideally you will be degree educated
  • Can provide discretion and professionalism with confidential information
  • You are adaptable and solution orientated
